Returns and Cancellation Policy for Pool and Snooker Tables

At DPT we operate a no cancellation, no returns policy for all of our pool tables, pool dining tables and snooker tables.

Our tables are not stock items and are custom-made here at DPT for every order.

Any fault or damage defects to a table must be inspected by the customer upon delivery and reported to DPT in writing.

Pool and Snooker Tables Warranty

We offer a 12 month warranty on all of our pool and snooker tables. The warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of cloth damage caused by the customer.

Returns and Cancellation Policy for Accessories and Spare Parts

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from receiving your order to return them for a refund or exchange.


This is subject to our terms. Goods can only be refunded if the following procedure is followed. Labels must not be removed and items must be returned in original packaging. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. After satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for goods.


If you are exchanging an item a return delivery charge of £6.95 will be made.


Please note any goods returned without a complete returns form will not be processed and will greatly delay your return.


In the unlikely event that you wish to return your goods, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt.


There is a 6% handling charge for all items that require a refund , which is non-refundable in cases of unwanted items. If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition including tags and packaging and unused we will refund you any money which you have paid, minus the 6% handling charge, or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required.


You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you. We are not able to accept the return of opened and/or part used goods and all goods require a returns form to be processed.


We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post.


If an item is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus the 6% handling fee and the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us.


If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, the 6% handling fee will apply plus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us. Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order or the order has been damaged in transit.


No refunds will be given until the return goods have been received.


Sale Items and Reconditioned Tables

Any items listed as Sale items are not eligable for return for exchange or refund. Reconditioned tables are also not eligible to qualify for the 12 month warranty.
